I just love the Traders 9 spice 1/2 chicken. Does anyone know what the 9 spices are?
I know you can buy chinese 5 spice...but 9?
I know the chciken is soaking in a broth of some such with the spices before the guy hangs the 1/2 bird inside the big oven.
