Very cool little Manaia. Looks like jade to me and it sounds as hard as jade too. Is it translucent if you hold it up to the light? Great idea with the pearl, Perfect solution, good thinking. Part of the fun of sculpture is solving all these little problems the piece presents you such as the eye, sanding and smoothing and stuff like that. Great! |
