Visited twice, ate once, bar food was very good, drinks were great. Sad thing about Bellevue is, it seems, if it isn't what's trendy with everyone it flops. Hence Chang's Mongolian Grill stays. Seattle-ish "seafood joint that looks like a steakhouse" stays. California Pizza Kitchen stays. Whatever that Italian joint is that runs like Buca di Beppo stays. All of them quite good, but I'd trade all of them for TVs. No... no, ONE good tropical cocktail I've found. Ask the Friday night tender at Bleu Bistro on Broadway for a Captain's Bitch. Not on the menu. ...still want TV's back. Ehh.
