yes, that bartender was one in a million & my words do his skill & care little justice. he had so much finesse & dignity. he took pride in his work. a true inspiration. however, his method and intensity were so unexpected that neither of us could look at him very long, we would have cracked up!

i wish there were some spaniards in this group b/c there seems to be a ton of tiki bars there!
