Sofa king - if my so called stuff is so common, then by all means go and find it
on Craigs list, there are some real deals to be had in this economy. What you fail
to understand is many of the rattan you see for cheap on Craigs list have issues-
needs new cushions or new wraps, varnish work etc.The best rattan I have ever
found was not found on Craig's list or flea markets.By making a statement like
that you have shown your ignorance when it comes to the subject of vintage
rattan in general.I have been buying , selling, collecting, trading and restoring
vintage rattan for about 14 years, long before most( not all)of the people on
TC were buying rattan or tiki .If there are any more questions, concerns or
complaints - don't hesitate and PM me.

I kid, I kid.

Relax, I’m just joking with you a little bit. I didn’t mean to come off so poopy. I apologize if I did.

By no means is the furniture on this thread (or any other of your rattan pieces) common, run of the mill or poor quality.

While remote, my post was in reference to a comment you made on another thread a while back.

In no way was I trying to foul-up your endeavors. I apologize if ANYONE interpreted it that way.

To all: in no way was my intent to disrespect 1961surf or any of his vintage pieces he makes available to the community.

Best of luck to you 1961surf and Waterbaby in your future dealings (again, JOKING guys… :D )

Can't we all just get along?

Cheers,
