Open letter to Doc Weiner,

I'm hoping this will reach you somehow. I travel to Las Vegas often and stop by for one of your Hula girl mugs and duck tacos.
The patio was a cool place to sip a Mai Tai from your 48 oz mug while people watching.
I'll be returning in June and will be ordering a Mai Tai on the "lanai" I hope that you are not using plastic then?
Doc, I grew up with Trader Vic's and I hate reading posts like the one above me.
We had Christmas dinner at your place last year. The drinks and food were good. A few months later your out of dark rum?
Unshaken drinks, no allspice in the Navy Grog? "That's how we're trained" Not in any Trader Vic's that I have ever been in.
It takes twenty minutes in a kitchen to make allspice dram. One minute more to use a shaker.
