LLT- We've got Dean and Hank Venture on our side! Yeah man, it's revolution time!

GROG-These are the tools I used to bevel the plaster, and I've written them in your own language:

For people who don't speak GROG, that's knife, Sureform, and Saw. First you hack off the corners with the saw, but be very careful because the mold can break if too much is cut off. Then make nice smooth bevels using the Sureform or knife. Fun fact: That saw belonged to my grandfather and it's over 100 years old!

The reason for the bevels is to give the mold a rounder shape to better accommodate strapping the pieces together. Less chance of a corner breaking off if there is no corner. It also makes the mold lighter and enables it to dry out quicker. The bevels at the parting line make it easier to open. GROG make mold?

leleliz: Thanks! Keep your fingers crossed!!
