As a child, I was mesmerized by the baby animals at the big LSU livestock show and rodeo. As an adult, I live near Topsfield, MA - home of the supposedly oldest continuously-running county fair in the nation. Still, I find myself drawn to the livestock exhibits and the wonderous diversity of plume, fur and horn. But the best show is watching the baby human animals trying to catch greased pigs - Slapstick, but it works for me!
