Actually that bust is a Lefton bust. Legos tend to have those marble looking eyes I believe. Also I just found that same bust in a thrift and its even marked on the bottom "Lefton". Big Kahuna has found a few also. No It's clearly marked Lego, and the eyes are Marble-like.
