That's definitely a bad sign when management changes even before the place is completely finished. It seems that only the 1964 issues of this paper are on line, and we really need the next couple years to find out what happened. I don't think this place lasted long at all, and wouldn't be surprised if some of the sections mentioned above were never finished.
