I was also thinking of the restaurant at the Hawaiian Village hotel. I have a brochure that is also on Mimi's website. Here are the photos from the restaurant and pupu bar.

The brochure is older pre-tiki era so the restaurant could have been upgraded tiki-wise.

Not very conclusive.

Looked through everything I had on Trader Vics and could not find those panels.
