I dont even think of the BARS as to why Im lucky to live here. Mine is on availability of raw materials.... when I have projects on Deck, Im glad to have Bensons Imports, Franks Cane & Rush and Oceanic Arts within driving distance to pick up my supplies. Its pretty nice to bring home a 12 foot bamboo pole in ONE piece. thankfully we arent talking about mortgages in this SoCal thread.. thats another story. |
