After the recent acquisition of 8-year-old Plantation Jamaican, I'm now up to 47. (A timely aside: I was asked to procure three more bottles of the Plantation for Beachbum Berry's upcoming mixology lesson at The Hukilau in Fort Lauderdale ... The June 12 seminar at the Mai-Kai should prove to be quite enlightening.) Below is the main working bar area. Nothing too esoteric, just all the necessary mixers to make 185 drinks from the Bum's books plus 70 from Trader Vic and 100+ other classics. I'd list all the rums but a few at the bottom end may be a bit embarrassing. I guess I'm keeping them merely to pad my total.
