I love LA. Didn't always, but it grows on you. Would love to live there, but tearing up roots right now is unrealistic and if I did, it would be to s smaller town. Whatever...anyway, yea man, LA is great and I am envious of all the Tiki and Mid Century stuff. But the Tiki Gods take mercy as I do have a sister there with a pool house. Visits are easy and yet another one is percolating. Until then, think of me the next time you drown a Mai Tai. Or five.
