This place may have been pre Tiki, but still sounded interesting and maybe was tikified at a later point?

Chinatown was opened in December 1956 by Bill Wong and was said to serve a fascinating menu of authentic Chinese and Polynesian delicacies, with a rare assortment of flaming dishes and intriguing tropical drinks. One dish was called Shrimp Fantasia, which was flaming shrimp served in a pineapple shell. It was staffed entirely by Polynesian personnel. Bill Wong had been associated with Chinese restaurants from the Pacific to Atlantic Coasts and was a nephew of Ruby Foo, famed Chinese restauranteur. Chinatown could hold 200 people and had a separate cocktail lounge.

Here's a 1957 ad I found

That's about all I got.
