JIM John in Montreal Member Joined: Apr 16, 2003 Posts: 212	JIM John in Montreal Posted posted on Tue, Jun 16, 2009 9:32 AM I wrote about these guys and reviewed one of their live shows for my Mai Tai zine quite a few years back... you can dig up the article at maitaionline.com They were on hiatus for awhile but are back this year with the new disc (I contributed some liner notes... i.e. cocktail recipes) and a few upcoming shows, including the above-mentioned record launch (Happy Hour outdoor acoustic set at 5 p.m. and an indoor full show at 10 p.m. this Saturday) as well as a free outdoor appearance at the Montreal Jazz Festival on July 12. I'll be featuring some of the new record on Thrifitng for Tunes (luxuriamusic.com) in July...
