Just looked at the lo-res CD booklet proofs they sent me a couple of weeks back... can't make out too much of the text... but that squid tiki does not appear in the booklet (don't know how it ended up on the show flyer... maybe someone else did it). The photos on the booklet all seem (to me) to be shot at the Coconut Motel & Bar in Trois-Rivières, QC. The extent of my involvement was providing a few cocktail recipes that are included at the bottom of each page of the booklet... that's it.
