I agree with Kiki. You can probably find some cotton or linen fabric at your local fabric store. I did this for some shirts because I'm also somewhere between a 2x and 3x. I find making your own shirts is not only an enjoyable activity, you can also do some personal alterations. For example, I have rather large shoulders, meaning some shirts don't fit quite right, or I'll even Hulk right out of some. I suggest picking up a general shirt pattern and a roll/pad of tracing paper. The tracing paper to make your own pattern should you need larger features such as myself. Another path is to go to JC Pennies or it's offshoot stores. Good luck! -LT |
