I'm currently enjoying one of my favorite summertime tipples, a simple French-style Pernod on the rocks. The cool, anise flavor really cuts through the heat and humidity! Fill a double Old-Fashioned glass with ice cubes, then add 1-2 oz. Pernod (depending on how much you like the stuff), then add 5 oz. Water
My all-time favorite summertime drink is a Ron y Limón made with 7-year Havana Club and Bacardi Limón, but I ain't got no HC...:( |
