I am curious, who owns the rights to even reproduce these?

I heard the reason you don't see them on Ebay is because they violate Paramount's copyright.

Do you pay royalties to Paramount Buzzy?

I only ask on account my father was a famous sculptor & copycats reproduced his works & ruined him, it was very sad.
