Prog Rock! - Bilge - Tiki Central

I went to every show they played here (San Diego) and loved it. Some other bands I enjoyed back then were Tangerine Dream, Gnome Flying Teapot, Kraftwork, Matching Mole, Eno, Throbbing Gristle, and Suicide. Not all of these bands are considered "Prog Rock" by definition, but where is the line drawn between prog rock, industrial, electronica, ambient, experimental and white noise?
