Appleton Estate Reserve - Tiki Drinks and Food

I have about 30 different rums at home and i'm constantly trying various combinations.Taste is always a matter of personal preference,and whats nice to one person might not be as enjoyable to another. One of the best combo's i have made so far that i rate as my favourites would be: Appletons V/X with Clement Terre Caraibe (agricole) and English Harbour 5y.o. with Havana Club Especial
