Are you familiar with the bar at Universal CityWalk in Orlando called Lone Palm Airport? It's a Buffett establishment so it's not really "tiki" but it may help give you some ideas on how to incorporate an airplane. http://www.margaritavilleorlando.com/index.php?page=lonepalm
