I used to have a hard time finding the best LCD TV for my budget but once I started reading the reviews, most especially the ones coming from the experts, I slowly began to get educated about certain products which led me to decide to go for Samsung Series 4 32" lcd television. And checking the LCD TV ratings of various brands greatly helped in influencing my decision.
