Granted, I was working on a low-budget film at the time and she was in it. But this was unexpected. She was walking on a brick pathway and the bricks were not mortared, they were just set in place on the lawn of this house; and one of her high heels got caught on one of the bricks. She started to fall over. She was wearing a stunning gown and did not want to get it messed up with dirt, this would probably have set production back, so she chose a convenient thing to fall on: me. She apologized and of course I said, "Oh, it's no problem at all."
