Sweet History Overload! It's going to take me a while to absorb all this. That postcard of yours highlights one of my favorite things about the Hawaii Kai - its use of decorative brick or cement block on the outside facade. The Kapu Kai in Cucamonga was another. It really transports you back into the 60s to see that. Many thanks for the post, bifcozz. |
