I am not an expert but I do not think it is a Witco. Haven't seen one done in that style before. It is cedar and of the period but looks to be more of an Indian/Native type of character and not Tiki. I am by no means saying it is not, just haven't seen one before. Maybe someone else can say for sure. Still pretty cool though!! Mahalo, TabooDan
