I agree with Taboo Dan in the sense that it reminds me a bit of Haida art. But it's hard to say if that was the intention of the carver/manufacturer, be it Witco or otherwise. I think it's a good looking piece, certainly suitable for any Tiki bar. I can't find anything really close but here are a few links to Haida animal figures so you can see what Taboo Dan and I are thinking:
