If you loved the sound of percussion on the Islander's CD's (I was the percussion player on their first two CD's), please check out my new solo project the TIKI COWBOYS debut EP-CD "A Taste Of Tiki". These ukulele bruddahs have a really unique midwest freshwater surf sound that influenced my passion for ukulele music. Chicago's Tiki scene is alive and kickin' and growing!!! The Tiki Cowboys will be performing on August 29th down at the Kingsbury Yacht club River Walk at Water Riders Kayak rentals http://www.wateriders.com for their Tiki-Tour-Tranz customer appreciation party. Please come down and "Hang Loose" and take a kayak ride on the Chicago River from 11:00am until 3:00+ pm for music, food and fun with the Tiki Cowboys! Mahalo!
