Folks, keep this in mind. Yeah, you can buy a large house out of state for a fraction of Califonia's prices, but for the most part, prices are set by supply and demand. The reason prices are high here is because there is some reason people WANT to move here. The reason prices are lower elsewhere, is because there is some reason people DON'T want to live there. You're not going to buy a large house for a small price and say "wow, I scored. This place is great and no one but me knew!". Reality sucks sometimes... |
