Must have already been long gone in the late 60s/early 70s... way before any kind of revival of interest in poly-pop. That being said, I will take a drive by there too, when I have a chance, to see what's at that address these days... Should be right at the northern edge of Old Montreal, which was probably a great location for a place like that... a prime tourist area and not too far from Chinatown.
