There was a style of tiki that Oceanic Arts produced in the 60s that looks very similar to this one. Not quite the same though. (the photo below shows rounded lips while the Craigslist tiki has squared lips). Here's a photo of one of them used at the Kahiki:

There's another black-and-white photo in the "Book of Tiki" showing one of these stacked with other tikis in the Oceanic Arts warehouse. If OA provided the decor for any of the Nebraska Tiki Bars, it may have come from there.
