I've been experimenting with food and clay :) I've been working on a dessert inspired by Mama's Fish House Black Pearl Dessert. I made some ceramic shell plates and got the recipe right, but the mousse wouldn't hold the cookie upright! So back to the Laboratory to make plates with built-in cookie holders :D The shell is slump-formed over a real shell and overglazed with mother-of-pearl luster.
