While on a visit to my hometown of Detroit, I couldn't resist the urge to look for local tiki treasure. What I found this morning was what you see below. Had to make an hour drive down to Toledo and cost me a total of $40 for all four. Two fertility shields and two masks. Both were available in the Orchids of Hawaii catalog back 20 to 30 years ago. I dig them a lot, even though they are made of fiberglass. I wonder what restaurant, bar, or home rec room these were at originally?
