The Tiki Leilani mugs made for I believe their rum promotion are marked (U.S.A.) and I think were made by McCoy Pottery. OOH made the same mug as you found marked for the Hawaiian Inn in Daytona FL. as well. I'm not sure who made the unmarked versions.
