I watched some footage tonight about the Kahiki. Now a Walgreens. The Zombie Village was a vacant lot for decades. The original Trader Vics still is a vacant lot. Trader Vics BH next on the demo block(?) Now the Tonga.
When is this madness going to stop?! What's up with this insane obsession to tear down these treasures and replace them with what?
