I've not seen any to date, but if you have a website, you can get e-card generating code for free at a gazillion cgi-script sites. Then, just provide some pictures (use your digital camera or scanner and go hog wild) and the script does the rest. I have this on my website for the courses I teach and let the students give me digital images of their own to upload to make their own e-cards.
