Lovely waterfall, and thank you for all the scans of the recipes and menu! I think that Chinese belief of keeping your home/business clean of spirits as told in the story is now known and popular as Feng Shui. But Titusville is the home of the Neon Tiki Tribe!? That is a hard one to live down, they were (are?) pretty much the epitome of "Un-Tiki"! :)
