Hmmm... I have no doubt SC is going to be a great place serving great drinks but do we really want it to be considered a "Tiki Bar" ?? So much effort has gone into acknowledging classic Tiki-style that this might be a move in the wrong direction (on the part of lazy or ignorant journalists). I like the term "Exotica Rum Bar". :) That's probably more appropriate for a concept which is more ambitious that just Tiki. My 2-cents. [ Edited by: JOHN-O 2009-11-10 17:42 ] |
