the book is amazing!!!, picked it up at the kona kai event, which was every bit as spectacular as i had envisioned.....also, did anyone else catch duke and amys house on hgtv's extreme homes this past weekend??....truely amazing!!...duke and amy mahalo for the kona kai, the book, and the peek into your house on tv!!
