Calif. and these two restaurants were my all-time favorites in the late 70's. Mishimas served the best frog's legs with tartar sauce. I ate dinner there on my graduation night (high school) and had a singapore sling. I had to be carried out later... lol Helen Yue's had a bridge that went over a koi pond upon entering the restaurant. I believe it was on Rosecrans Avenue.
