I found out yesterday that it is in "Preforclosure", the whole property is 12.31 acres and listed for sale at $2,400,000.00 I worked on several senerios to save the place that didnt involve a tikiphile winning the lotto, only one had a chance but it was a snowball in heck chance and I never put it into action. Check out the Hop Louie thread, I just came into some Islander treasure! |
