Carving Post - Tiki Carving

I'm interested in learning how to carve and hope one day to convince BK (since he lives less than an hour away) to help me buy some tools and show me some basics (hint hint). Highland hardware http://www.highlandhardware.com is across the street from where I work and I get a great discount. You carvers always post pictures of your beautiful work but never tell us what happens to it??? Are these tikis carved for personal use, commisioned by other people, for sale? As a suggestion, if you post one that is for sale how about letting us know and what the price is, or at least put it on collecting tiki too. Thx, Scotty
