I was blown away by the depth of the SC menu, especially by the rum list (I'm dying to try the Filipino and Nepalese rums). Dare I say it's richer than Trader Vic's? Awesome job, Martin and the SC crew, you folks built one hell of a wellspring for the tiki and rum revivals. And now to crack the secret SC Rum Barrel recipe code :wink: |
