Not too much information on this place but saw a pretty cool match case recently and wondered if the place was mentioned on here. Couldn't find anything so thought I would post it anyway.

Tahitian Lounge was at the Desert-Aire Motor Hotel in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Cover has a well done dancing Tahitian Girl on it. Looks to be Pre-1970's but not 100%.

The Hotel itself is still standing and is now a Best Western. Looks to be pretty much void of all character now. Probably totally renovated at one point. There is no Restaurant or Lounge on the property now by looking at their photos and amenities listed.

From the Best Western Website it says:

"The Best Western Desert Aire Hotel is conveniently located at the crossroads of Highways 82, 70, and 54. The hotel provides guests close access to Holloman Air Force Base, the International Space Hall of Fame and White Sand National Monument. Guests will also be close to great recreational activities including 18-hole golf and skiing in the picturesque Sacramento Mountains. Other area attractions include Oliver Lee State Park and the Sunspot Observatory".

I don't know for sure if this is the exact location where the Tahitian Lounge once was but this is all I could find for now.
