Anyone have a recipe for a coconut cake and icing to go with it that they've tried and thought was wicked good? I've been looking around the internet and some recipes call for cream of coconut, or coconut cream instant pudding mix. Some recipes use cream cheese frosting, others use cool whip. Some cakes are heavier, some are fluffier, ditto for the frosting. Thanks! |
