When you file a water damage claim with your insurance company you are now red flagged. You run the risk of cancellation. I know of someone who was cancelled after filing a water damage claim despite being a 20 year customer with 1 claim. The mold lawsuits are the cause. For major damage you do not have much choice. Talk to your agent.... |
