They have quite the inventory of Shag, so a solo store could make sense. It'll be right in the heart of the uptown design district which is perfect - great mid-century furniture stores, Design Within Reach, and fantastic restaurants. Currently, there's an entire room devoted to Shag at M Modern. This will free up some space there so M can feature other artists. From the sounds of it, there'll be several Shag related events this year at Modernism Week.
