Houston Mod picks a really good mod style house and sponsors an open house to try to help attract a sympathetic buyer. There will be several homes open in Glenbrook Valley, including some "unspoiled" super deluxe ranches, a couple of full throttle mid-century moderns, including this fully restored one: Oh and how do you feel about lava rock accents? A little teaser on a swanky asian style one with flagstone floors in the living areas. This one is scheduled to be on the open house parade as well.
