Sabu, Here are some bigger scans of the Kava Bowl and the Tiki Bowl from the Polynesian. Nice match of the Tiki Bowl to that Bali Hai menu. I too have never seen either of these bowls. Maybe KC has one?
There is also a crypto Scorpion bowl with bamboo and palm leaves on the menu that I have not seen before.
